Billing

Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?

Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
If you do not, your payment may be rejected or unable to process fully.

When will my credit card be charged?

For purchases of physical products, charges settle once your product ships. This includes any preordered or backordered products.
If your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time a product is shipped.

How will the charge show up on my credit card?

The charge for your order appears on your credit card as: "Blingtec Inc."

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Depending on the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged.
Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.

 

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact Blingtec Customer Support within 60 days of your purchase day to request a full refund. To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • Returned product(s) must be unused, undamaged, unscratched and in its original packaging.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 60 days of your purchase date and the Product must be received by Blingtec Inc. within 10 days after issuance of the RMA.
  • Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and will need to assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Blingtec Inc.
    We recommend that you use a tracking service for your protection.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of Blingtec Inc. receipt of Product.
 

Warranty policy

Blingtec Inc. products are sold through an exclusive network of authorized dealers selected by Blingtec Inc.

  • Our warranty policy covers only products purchased through our online store or authorized dealers. To ensure that your Blingtec jewelry is authentic and protected by our warranty, please purchase from our online store directly or an authorized dealer.
  • Our warranty policy warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a 90 days period from the date of retail purchase by the original consumer:
 

LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES FOR PRODUCTS SOLD IN THE UNITED STATES FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER.

Blingtec pieces are protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of THREE MONTHS (90 days) from the date of retail purchase by the original Consumer ("Limited Warranty Period") and the Consumer must provide proof of purchase. Pieces will be replaced.
